By accessing or using MyOrderProfit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

MyOrderProfit is a multi-tenant SaaS business management platform designed for eBay sellers and warehouse operators. The Service includes:

• eBay order sync and profit tracking
• Commission management and owner payout tracking
• Warehouse and fulfillment management
• Market research tools
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your login credentials with any third party

4. Free Trial and Billing

MyOrderProfit offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period:

• You must select a paid plan to continue using all features
• Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cycle
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

5. eBay Integration

When you connect an eBay account to MyOrderProfit:

• You authorize us to read your eBay order data via the official eBay API
• Your eBay credentials are never stored — only OAuth tokens with read-only permissions
• You may revoke access at any time from your eBay account settings or our platform
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to violate eBay's Terms of Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyOrderProfit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the Service without express written permission.

9. Data Retention

Upon cancellation or expiry of your account:

• Your data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems
• You may export your data at any time while your account is active

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyOrderProfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyOrderProfit and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
